Bourbon House Pizza

Like most people, when I hear “bourbon house” I think of Chicago Deep Dish pizza. Somewhat unexpectedly, there’s a cluster of good deep dish places in Northern Ky - After all who doesn’t enjoy a giant cheese casserole paired with a bourbon? You can’t tell due to the generous helping of sauce but this pizza also has generous helpings of pepperoni & sausage. Bourbon House is notable to me for the crust being oddly pretzel-like as opposed to the biscuit-like buttery crust I’m used to in Chicago. It’s densely bread-like or like a soft pretzel and a darker look than you usually see for a deep dish.
