Adriatico’s

A Sicilian pan fried pizza with oversized pepperoni (jalapeños added for perspective) and a sauce with a hint of spice. Adriatico’s, a Cincy-favorite since 1974, delivers to Rhinegeist Brewery and fortunately their pan pizza pairs perfectly(!) with an nice ale. They do also produce “Hand Tossed” and Extra Thin pizzas, but the Sicilian is their true specialty. Their version is a bit heavier than a typical Sicilian pizza - While the outside of the crust is nicely fried in oil, the interior is fairly dense and could have had a tad more flavor in my opinion (my ideal is a crisp exterior and a softer interior). But baking preferences aside, overall @adriaticosclifton & @rhinegeist is an excellent pairing.
