PIE.ZAA Pizza

An Asheville shop that features 28” New York style pizzas. This oversized (too big to fit in the frame) somewhat floppy slice features an artfully charred cornicione and pepperoni cups (always a favorite). The crispness somewhat offsets the size, making it manageable to hold, if a bit ridiculous. I may have gone a tad overboard on the parmesan & garlic here, but that’s on me not the friendly folks at @pie_zaa. This is a real hidden gem in the Appalachians.
