L'Industrie Pizzeria

An artfully charred New York slice in Williamsburg. L’Industrie serves a New York style pizza with some pronounced Neapolitan influences. It’s distinguished by a particularly thin crust that’s a bit more well done than a classic NY slice and rather crisp. The burrata slice (pictured here from September ‘21) is a real winner - this is definitely one of the best by-the-slice places in the city.
