Deep in the modern Labyrinth that is Caesar’s Palace, a latter day Daedalus will come upon a slice shop named after the venerable @difarapizzanyc of Brooklyn (one of the all time greats, which I reviewed recently). As seems to be the case with other Western outposts of great NYC pizzerias, this spot does not live up to its namesake’s reputation. It’s a more doughy & bland slice that only very vaguely resembles the original. Overall though, it’s an okay choice on the Strip & still better than @sbarroofficial. Just not the destination spot that the original represents - For the wise traveler, I’d recommend following Ariadne's thread back to Brooklyn (or @goodpielv)
